Matilda

Celebrate Matilda’s 30th birthday! This new edition has a fabulous cover and cool sprayed edges. Genius! Matilda is only five years old, but her mind is colossal. She loves to learn and has read all the great classics of literature. Sadly, instead of being proud, her horrible parents call her an ignorant liar. School life is hardly any better. The vile headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, always picks on her. But they forgot one thing: you should never, ever try to bully someone as smart as Matilda…

  • A Dahl classic that celebrates books and learning
  • Matilda is a fabulously brave and smart role model
  • Powerful story of trusting yourself and facing bullies
  • Attractive sprayed edges and a vibrant new cover look
