Coming Home

The First World War has just ended, but the story certainly hasn’t. At least, not for Joe Henry, an underage soldier on his way home from the front. Joe joined up at just thirteen years old, and endured the horrors of the trenches. Finally, the war is over. Things will be alright now. But when Joe gets home, he finds his old world utterly changed. His father is injured, and furious with Joe for running away to fight. Even worse, the Spanish flu is raging, with more people dying daily. Joe may have survived the Great War, but the danger isn’t over…
