Peace at Last

Poor Mr Bear is desperate to get to sleep – but Mrs Bear is snoring. Baby Bear is pretending to be an aeroplane, so there’s no peace there. TICK TOCK goes the living room clock. CUCKOO! Will the kitchen offer sanctuary? With snuggly, glowing artwork, lots of repetition and plenty of familiar sounds to say out loud, this warm-hearted family story is an all-time favourite with children and adults everywhere.

This reminds me of my dad. I feel quite sorry for the bear especially in the morning his eyes look so sleepy. A great reminder for all children that parents need there sleep. Great pictures too. I would recommend this book for younger children.
