Roscoe Riley Rules: Never Glue Your Friends to Chairs

Roscoe’s teacher is fed up of her crazy classroom. The kids are loud, they’re messy and they just can’t sit still. If her students don’t settle down and stay in their seats for the class performance, Roscoe’s teacher is going to be in major trouble. It’s not long before Roscoe comes up with an ingenious plan to keep his classmates sitting still. Nothing can go wrong – it is totally foolproof – or so he thinks. Will it work, or will Roscoe be left in a sticky situation once again?
