School According to Humphrey

Humphrey’s spent so much time in Room 26 that he’s a real expert on classroom life – not to mention human behaviour! But all the same, a nasty shock is in store when he returns from a fur-raising holiday at Camp Happy Hollow, looking forward to seeing all his old friends from Room 26. Mrs Brisbane is still there – but Humphrey finds the classroom full of strangers, like Rolling Rosie, Hurry-Up-Harry and Forgetful Phoebe! At first, all he wants to do is find his old classmates. But it quickly becomes clear that the new students really-really-really need Humphrey’s helping paw! And as the term progresses, Humphrey discovers that even if you’re a small hamster, you can never have too many friends…

This book is amazing! I love Humphrey’s character – but who wouldn’t love a cute, little, fluffy hamster?!!

Humphrey goes home to all different houses each weekend and he has loads of different experiences. It’s fun to see all the different people through his eyes and some visits he likes more than others, but they are all exciting for him!

  • This book puts you into the shoes of a hamsters daily life. I love this book and every since I have read I look at hamsters more carefully and wonder what they are thinking.

A great addition to the ‘Humphrey’ series!

I give this book 4 out of 5
