All reviews for Emerald Star (Hardback)

  1. This is a brilliant book but the last instalment of the three.

  2. I am afraid this book didnt meet my expectations. I really wanted Hetty to stay with Jem, but she certianly disappointed me. Also, the way things were mentioned in the blurb, it sounded like Hetty will have to choose between her father and Jem, but the actual thing was different to what I expected. This isn’t as good as the other books in the ‘Hetty Feather’ series, which is a pity as its the last installment.

  6. loved it

Emerald Star is the best book in the trilogy. It is the last installmemt of Hetty/Sapphire/Emerald’s life. I cried when I had finished reading it as I am sad the Hetty Feather books are over.

  7. loved it

This book is full of exciting stuff. But Hetty, Sapphire and Emerald has so much decision. What will happen in the end? Will she join the circus or stay with Jem? I love this book. Its like a non-fiction book. Poor Hetty.

Emerald Star has been the most heart-breaking book ive ever read. A simply marvallous ending for Hetty Feather! I’m also sad that Hetty’s stories are over but will love them forever.

  9. loved it

This book is very good and entertaining. I loved it so much. It is very sad at points and I cried a bit, though it is funny as well.

I recommend this book to any fans of Jacqueline Wilson or Cathy Cassidy.
