  • This is not the first Jeremy Strong book I have read. I got this book from Santa – it was not on my list but I think he knew that I liked Jeremy Strong books. Doctor Bonkers is my favourite book. It is my favourite book because it has lots of funny things happening in it. It is history muddled up. There is also a lot of humiliation in this book. The children in the book are quite mischievous because the Egyptians think Banda is their cat god and they think Doctor Bonkers and Alfie is a God. One of favourite lines is “I never passed my driving test,” admitted the doctor. “I ran over the examiner and he didn’t like me after that.” Can you examine running over the examiner.!

  • This book writer is super cool. He writes interesting story lines which appeal not only to my age group but under 10s. He’s really witty and worth reading.
